Lisbeth Gouin

Lisbeth Gouin is a certified primary school teacher in the French National Education system. She is a specialist of education for disabled children. In 1972, she pioneered the creation of a school for young children in Panama City and she taught in the local branch of “Alliance française”. She then worked in a team for experimental pedagogy in an open space school in Paris. At the end of her career she was the head of an elementary school in Paris.

Lisbeth is deeply involved in associative movements. Since 10 years she represents OMEP at UNESCO. She works with the NGO/UNESCO liaison committee in the organization of Forums, International Days about Education, World Citizenship and especially for Education for Peace.
